1. Return Period:

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Contact Customer Service:

• Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at info@khushushop.com to initiate the return process.

3. Examination of Issues/Damage:

• Once you've contacted us, we will guide you through the return process and examine the issue or damage reported. To facilitate the process, we may request proof of damage, such as photographs.

4. Approval and Refund:

• If the issue is approved, you will be eligible for a full refund for the cost of the item(s) excluding shipping charges. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. 

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Shipping Charges:

• Please note that shipping charges incurred on your original purchase are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, use, or alterations.

7. Wrong Size:

• Please choose your size wisely, as we do not accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size.

8. Clearance and Sale Items:

• All clearance and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

9. How to Return:

• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged.
