Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Khushu Modest Wear. We strive for your satisfaction and want to make returns and refunds as smooth as possible. Please carefully review our policy below:
1. Return Period
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team first at info@khushushop.com before sending any item back.
We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions.
3. Condition for Returns
Items must be returned:
In their original, unused condition
With all tags and original packaging intact
We do not accept returns on items that:
Show signs of wear, use, or alterations
4. Refund Eligibility and Processing
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) only (excluding any shipping charges).
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No refunds or exchanges will include shipping fees.
6. Wrong Size Orders
Please choose your size carefully.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
7. Clearance and Sale Items
All clearance and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
8. Lost, Misdelivered, or Confirmed Delivered Packages
Once the shipping carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to you (the customer).
If you have not received your package despite delivery confirmation:
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and tracking info.
Check with neighbors, building staff, or anyone who may have accepted the package.
We will assist you by filing a claim with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery, we will offer a refund.
If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, no refund will be issued.
Packages stolen after delivery confirmation are the customer’s responsibility.
9. How to Return Items
After your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Please package the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
