Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return

We’ll guide you through the return process and provide instructions.

3. Condition for Returns

Items must be returned:

• In their original, unused condition

• With all tags and original packaging intact

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, use, or alterations.

4. Refund Eligibility and Processing

• Approved returns will be refunded for the item cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable).

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Wrong Size Orders

• Please choose your size carefully.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size orders.

7. Clearance and Sale Items

• All clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

8. Lost, Misdelivered, or Confirmed Delivered Packages

• Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

• If you haven’t received your package:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and tracking info.

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or anyone who may have accepted the package.

• We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery, a refund will be issued.

  • If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, no refund will be issued.

• Packages stolen after delivery confirmation are the customer’s responsibility.

9. How to Return Items

• After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

• Please package items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
