Flat Rate Express Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12 USD for all orders within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may be up to $20.

Free Express Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 USD.

Lost Package Policy: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@khushushop.com within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will work diligently with our shipping partners to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, Khushu will not be responsible for any delays or mis deliveries. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Customs and Duties Fees: For international orders, please note that customs and duties fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
